Rapeseed oil is a vegetable oil obtained from black rapeseed seeds. Rapeseed oil contains useful Omega-3 and Omega-6 acids in its composition. Refined rapeseed oil includes a number of such vitamins: A, D, E. To provide the body with a daily dosage of vitamin E, it is enough to consume 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil per day. In its usual form, the oil is added to food, it becomes the basis of mayonnaise and margarine. The product is stored for a long time, and does not become bitter over time. Rapeseed oil can be used both for frying and for dressing cold dishes. Oleic acid, which is part of the composition, prevents the formation of carcinogens. In addition, the products are used in cosmetology for the manufacture of masks. Such home remedies help strengthen the hair, give it shine and restore a healthy appearance. Linseed oil
Linseed oil is a popular product that is not only used in food, but also finds wide application in folk medicine. Its beneficial properties are due to the high content of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids such as alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) and linolenic acid triglyceride. In addition, flaxseed oil is rich in phytoestrogens, which have an antioxidant effect and exhibit antitumor activity. To preserve the medicinal properties of linseed oil, it is important to store it in a tightly closed container in a cool and dark place. It is known that linseed oil has a beneficial effect on the body, and its healing effect is confirmed by the results of scientific research. It is used both for medicinal purposes and for the prevention of various diseases. Regular consumption of flaxseed oil in food helps to improve the perception of insulin in diabetes, reduces joint inflammation and allergic reactions, as well as cholesterol levels in atherosclerosis. It helps to maintain normal blood pressure and reduces the risk of blood clots in blood vessels. In addition, flaxseed oil has beneficial effects on the health of the nervous system, eyesight and intestinal function. It contains polyunsaturated omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, vitamin E, as well as other vitamins and minerals. It is especially worth noting that linseed oil contains a large amount of lignans, which help fight oxidative stress, have a protective effect on the liver and exhibit antitumor activity.
Sunflower oil
Sunflower oil – is a vegetable oil obtained from sunflower seeds. Sunflower oil is one of the vegetable oils of national importance. In cooking, it is used for frying and salads. Sunflower oil is used in the production of canned food, as well as in the soap making and dyeing industry. Like all plant products, sunflower oil does not contain cholesterol.
Rapeseed pomace
Rapeseed pomace – this is a unique protein supplement for all groups of cattle. Rapeseed pomace is a dairy feed, it balances the feeding diet in terms of protein and metabolic energy, increases milk yield, average daily gains and prevents loss of live weight of cows at milking, increases the amount of protein and fat content of milk. Rapeseed pomace protein has a good amino acid composition: the sum of amino acids is 325 g / kg, which practically does not differ from soy powder (333 g / kg), approximately 45% are essential amino acids (in soy – 51%). The use of rapeseed pomace in dairy farming leads to an increase in the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the final product, i.e. milk yields and protein composition increase. One kilogram of cake contains more than 6 NEL MJ/kg of dry matter and more than 300 g/kg of total protein with a good balance of amino acids. The food is enriched with polyunsaturated fatty acids – linoleic and linolenic. Rapeseed pomace is rich in vitamins and phosphatides, valuable minerals (potassium, phosphorus, sulfur, calcium, and other macro- and microelements). The mass fraction of crude fiber is no more than 16%, ash is no more than 7%. The total energy nutritional value is at least 1.17 feed units. Rapeseed cake can be one of the components of the diet of cattle. Due to the fact that rapeseed belongs to the cruciferous family, the pomace obtained from it is a dairy feed. A fairly high protein content allows you to increase the fat content of milk, and a low fiber content allows you to combine this additive with other feeds. The high crude oil residue in rapeseed cake (10%) is its distinctive feature. And, as you know, rapeseed oil contains oleic acid, which in turn increases the metabolic energy of the feed. This makes it possible to eliminate the additional introduction of vegetable oils into the diet of cattle.
Linseed pomace
Linseed pomace has a high energy value: 1 kg of pomace contains 1.27 EQ., 13.73 MJ (as in 1.3 – 1.4 kg of oats) and 287 g of digestible protein; as well as a rich composition of trace elements and vitamins. Flaxseed pomace protein is highly digestible and has a good amino acid composition. Flax pomace proteins have great value. A comparison of the aminogram of flaxseed proteins with a hypothetical ideal protein shows that the content of isoleucine, phenylalanine (with tyrosine) and tryptophan exceeds that in an ideal protein and amounts to 106%, 115.8% and 180%, respectively. The content of valine (97%) and threonine (92.5%) is approaching the reference value. The amino acids limiting the biological value of flax seed proteins are lysine (72.7%), methionine (82.9%), and leucine (84%). Flax cake contains about 28-34% of dietary dietary fibers, which are concentrated mainly in their shells and are represented by substances such as cellulose, hemicellulose, pectins, lingin. Thus, dietary fiber is present in all components of the product. Biochemical analysis shows that dietary fiber – phytoestrogens of flax have a certain similarity in structure with endogenous estrogens of animals and have a molecular weight close to them. Phytoestrogens have the potential to influence the mechanisms regulating the sexual cycle and reproduction processes in animals. Flax seed pomace is a source of most vitamins – B1, B2, B6, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid, biotin, tocopherols (vitamin E). The content of thiamine (vitamin B1) and folic acid is especially high. 100g of flax seed pomace contains half of the daily requirement for these vitamins. Flax pomace contains a number of macro and microelements – calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, aluminum, cadmium, chromium, cobalt, lead, molybdenum, nickel.
Sunflower pomace
Rapeseed pomace — this is a product that is obtained by squeezing oil from the remains of sunflower seeds. Sunflower cake is a high-protein concentrated feed. It can be used in the diet of any pet, as it is a very important and useful protein, and it is also much better than any cereal crop. Sunflower cake is a valuable feed for horses, birds, pigs and cattle (daily allowance up to 2.5 kg), the best bait for fish. Sunflower cake is used for the production of compound feeds or is directly introduced into the diet of animals. It is considered primarily as a valuable source of protein. The protein content in this type of sunflower cake is 38%. In terms of protein quality, the cake is significantly ahead of the grain of cereals. In addition, a significant amount of sunflower oil (7-10%) remains in the cake, which has high quality indicators: low degree of oxidation, high content of vitamin E and phospholipids. The cake is rich in valuable minerals (calcium, phosphorus and other macro- and microelements). Due to this, sunflower cake has a high nutritional and energy value. Sunflower cake is rich in fiber (up to 20% by weight per absolutely dry substance), which increases the digestibility of food and is necessary in the diets of all animals.
