«Maslodel» company, one of the largest food production companies in Kazakhstan
Our company, «Maslo-Del» LLP, is the largest processor of oilseeds and dairy products in Kazakhstan. Today, we combine more than 3,000 highly qualified employees and have five production plants. Our sales network includes 23 sales branches and employs about 1,300 people in our own sales team. The main principle of our company is to provide consumers with high-quality food at an affordable price and constant care for healthy nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. Company history
Founded in 1999, the «Maslodel» company has been offering a high-quality delicious, and most importantly healthy product for 27 years, which can be found everywhere on the tables of residents of our country, which, of course, is the main indicator of trust in our company.
The high quality and usefulness of the products of «Maslodel» LLP allow it to be provided by more than 50,000 retail sales points and more than 15,000 companies through Promka, Horeca and B2B channels that choose the products of «Maslodel».
Our production
To date, the range of «Maslodel» LLP includes more than 300 types of products: butter and vegetable oils, industrial fats, margarine, mayonnaise, ketchup, tomato paste, long-term storage milk, condensed milk. We are the only company in the fat and-oil and dairy industry in the republic with a vertically integrated structure that allows us to control all stages of production.

We have a network of five production plants at our disposal, including an elevator, an oil press plant, a dairy plant, a factory for the production of finished products and an oil and fat plant. This integrated structure allows us to ensure a high standard of quality for our products. All the company's plants are equipped with the latest European equipment and are among the most modernized in Kazakhstan.
Its own distribution, represented by a retail network of 23 representative offices in 23 cities of Kazakhstan, solves any issues of product sales.
These factors have become the key to minimizing the production cost of products and eliminating the possibility of plant downtime for technical reasons.

THE «MASLODEL» FOOD PLANT
Founded in 1999. Produces the following types of products: withbutter, spreads, condensed milk, margarine, tomato paste.
In 2007, the line for the production of oils and margarines was modernized, modern equipment from SCHREDER, BENHILL was installed;
Production volumes:
The production capacities of the lines are,
- packaged oils and spreads – 32 tons/day;
packaged margarine and fats – 40 tons per day - condensed milk products – 36 tons/day;
- tomato paste – 34 tons/day;
The plant for the production of finished products in Almaty produces up to 74 thousand tons per year of finished products such as condensed milk, butter, spreads, margarine, fats, tomato paste.
DAIRY FACTORY
in PETROPAVLOVSK
It was founded in 2004. It is the No. 1 dairy plant in terms of production in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. It produces butter, ultra-pasteurized milk, kefir, sour cream and other types of fermented milk products.
Production volumes:
- The volume of finished products is up to 120 thousand tons per year.;
- The production is provided with the most modern technological equipment, which allows processing more than 700 tons of milk per day, and fermented milk products up to 90 tons per day.;
- The plant produces up to 12 tons of butter per day.;
- The company accepts 70% of raw materials from farms in the North Kazakhstan region and 30% from private individuals;
- In 2019 and 2022, a large-scale two-stage modernization of production is underway with a significant increase in the production capacity of milk, kefir and sour cream.
OIL EXTRACTION PLANT in PETROPAVLOVSK
It was launched in December 2024. The plant specializes in the deep processing of sunflower seeds, rapeseed and flax. The project is focused on the production of highly processed products: vegetable oils, oil cake, meal, lecithin and biofuel pellets.
Production facilities:
– processing up to 1,500 tons of raw materials per day;
– oil output – 200 thousand tons per year;
– oil cake and meal production – 300 thousand tons per year;
– lecithin – 5,400 tons per year;
– pellets – 110 thousand tons per year.
Enterprise infrastructure:
– 5 km long railway dead end;
– one-time storage of seeds – up to 90 thousand tons;
– factory area – 11.5 hectares;
– production area – 75,532 m2.
270 jobs have been provided.
OIL-PRESSING PLANT with. NOVOISHIMSKOYE
It was founded in 2005. The only plant in Kazakhstan with the production of vegetable oil by pressing a full cycle, without the use of extractions. It processes oil seeds of rapeseed, sunflower, flax and other oilseed crops; The Oil-Del company is one of the first to follow the path of rapeseed development as the main oilseed crop for its own production of vegetable oil. The plant is equipped with new and modern THYSSEN KRUPP equipment;
Production volumes:
- Currently, the production capacity is up to 130 thousand tons of incoming raw materials per year.;
- The plant produces 46.2 thousand tons of unrefined vegetable oil per year for export and domestic consumption.
- The plant also produces 85.8 thousand tons of high-protein feed for cattle, etc.
