Structure of production and sales

Maslo-Del manages the entire production chain, from the intake of agricultural raw materials to the production of finished products. This ensures full quality control, stable supply and processing of raw materials within the country.

The dairy plant provides reception, control and processing of natural milk from farms. It forms the raw materials for the entire dairy line of the company: milk, cream, fermented milk products and butter.

The oil press plant and the oil extraction plant provide processing of oilseeds — sunflower, rapeseed, flax and others. It produces raw vegetable oil, shrot and meal — the basis for further processing and finished products.

At the fat and oil plant, the crude oil undergoes a multi-stage purification, stabilization and processing. Bottled oils, margarine and fats, as well as sauce products, are formed here.

The FOOD factory completes the production chain by converting other types of prepared products into finished products: spreads, condensed milk, tomato paste, sauces, margarines and other categories that enter the market.

The distribution and logistics system completes the «Maslodel» production cycle, ensuring the delivery of finished products from factories to retail outlets throughout the country and beyond. Its own logistics infrastructure, regional branches and well—established routes allow the company to control the movement of goods at every stage - from the warehouse to the store shelf. Due to this, the company's products are consistently present in retail chains, local stores, the HoReCa segment and export markets, while maintaining quality, freshness and accessibility for the end consumer.

Today, MasloDel has 5 modern factories, 23 trading branches in the Republic of Kazakhstan, more than 300 SKUs, 260,000+ tons of products per year, about 3,000 employees and exports to China, Central Asia and Europe. Chronicle of the company's development

The history of Maslo-Del began in the early 90s, at a time when the Kazakh market was just forming, and entrepreneurship was born in conditions of uncertainty. From the first trading operations and a small packing shop, the company has gone on to create one of the largest food complexes in the country, building a full cycle of processing agricultural raw materials and a system for the production of ready-made food.
