Company history
Founded in 1999, the «Maslodel» company has been offering a high-quality delicious, and most importantly healthy product for 25 years, which can be found everywhere on the tables of residents of our country, which, of course, is the main indicator of trust in our company.
The high quality and usefulness of the products of «Maslodel» LLP allow it to be provided by more than 50,000 retail sales points and more than 15,000 companies through Promka, Horeca and B2B channels that choose the products of «Maslodel».
Our production
To date, the range of «Maslodel» LLP includes more than 300 types of products: butter and vegetable oils, industrial fats, margarine, mayonnaise, ketchup, tomato paste, long-term storage milk, condensed milk. We are the only company in the fat and-oil and dairy industry in the republic with a vertically integrated structure that allows us to control all stages of production.

We have a network of five production plants at our disposal, including an elevator, an oil press plant, a dairy plant, a factory for the production of finished products and an oil and fat plant. This integrated structure allows us to ensure a high standard of quality for our products. All the company's plants are equipped with the latest European equipment and are among the most modernized in Kazakhstan.
Its own distribution, represented by a retail network of 24 representative offices in 24 cities of Kazakhstan, solves any issues of product sales.

THE «MASLODEL» FOOD PLANT
Founded in 1999. Produces the following types of products: withbutter, spreads, condensed milk, margarine, tomato paste.
In 2007, the line for the production of oils and margarines was modernized, modern equipment from SCHREDER, BENHILL was installed;
Production volumes:
The production capacities of the lines are,
- butter and margarine – 54 tons / Sutki;
- canned milk – 40 tons/day;
- tomato paste – 34 tons/day;
The plant for the production of finished products in Almaty produces up to 74 thousand tons per year of finished products such as condensed milk, butter, spreads, margarine, fats, tomato paste.
THE PLANT in PETROPAVLOVSK
It was founded in 2004. It produces butter, ultra-pasteurized milk, kefir, sour cream and other types of fermented milk products.
Production volumes:
- The plant processes up to 66 thousand tons of raw milk per year;
- The production is provided with the most modern technological equipment, which allows processing more than 200 tons of milk per day;
- The plant produces 10 tons of milk powder and 15 tons of butter per day;
- The company accepts 70% of raw materials from farms in the North Kazakhstan region and 30% from private individuals;
- In 2018-2020, a large–scale modernization of production is being carried out with an increase in capacity from 60 tons / day to 450 tons / day for the production of UHT milk, kefir and sour cream.
ЗАВОД «МАСЛО-ДЕЛ ПЕТРОПАВЛОВСК» (элеватор)
It was founded in 2005. The elevator is the central hub for the purchase of oil crops such as rapeseed, flax, sunflower, etc. for the oil press plant in the village of Novoishimsk. The purchase of oil crops is carried out from the regions of Kazakhstan – North Kazakhstan region, Akmola region, Kostanay region, as well as from Russia;
- The territory of the elevator is 15 hectares;
- Storage space – 18,000 m2;
- Unloading capacity – up to 1.5 thousand tons/day;
- The shipping capacity is up to 1.5 thousand tons /day, by railway wagons.
- The capacity of one – time storage is 35 thousand tons of seeds.
OIL PRESS PLANT with. NOVOISHIMSKOYE
It was founded in 2005. The only plant in Kazakhstan with the production of vegetable oil by pressing a full cycle, without the use of extractions. It processes oil seeds of rapeseed, sunflower, flax and other oilseed crops; The Oil-Del company is one of the first to follow the path of rapeseed development as the main oilseed crop for its own production of vegetable oil. The plant is equipped with new and modern THYSSEN KRUPP equipment;
Production volumes:
- Currently, the production capacity is up to 400 tons of incoming raw materials per day;
- The plant produces 46.2 thousand tons of unrefined vegetable oil per year for export and domestic consumption.
- The plant also produces 85.8 thousand tons of high-protein feed for cattle, etc.
FAT AND OIL PLANT
The plant was launched by the company in 2006. The main activity is the processing of crude oil and its bottling;
Production volumes:
- The plant's capacity allows refining 200 tons of oil per day, hydrogenating 100 tons; The capacity of the bottling line is 100 tons of oil per day;
- The capacity of the sauce line is 6.1 thousand tons per year of mayonnaise and ketchup.
- In 2019-2020, the plant carried out modernization of production to increase capacity with the installation of modern European equipment.
