About the factory
Here is a modern oil extraction plant of the Maslodel company, located in Petropavlovsk. It is a high-tech industrial complex that provides a full cycle of processing of oilseeds and forms a sustainable basis for the development of the agro-industrial sector in Kazakhstan.
The plant is integrated into a single production system of the company: from the reception of raw materials to the production of finished products. A raw material flow is formed here, which becomes the basis for the production of final products at the Fat and Oil Plant in Almaty.

The product is produced at its own oil extraction plant in Petropavlovsk, one of the key industrial centers for processing oilseeds in northern Kazakhstan.

Unrefined vegetable oil
Unrefined vegetable oil is a product of primary extraction. The plant's production infrastructure is designed to process the main types of oilseeds in demand on international markets.
Selected oilseed raw materials are used for production, which have passed the entrance control for quality indicators. These are sunflower, rapeseed, flax.
Vegetable cake and meal
Company Maslodel exports vegetable oilcakes and sunflower and rapeseed meal produced at its own oil processing facilities. The products are intended for use in the feed industry, animal husbandry and poultry farming.
Sunflower pomace
It is produced by mechanical pressing, which allows you to save some of the natural fats and energy intensity of the product.
Rapeseed pomace
It preserves natural fats and has a high energy value, which makes it in demand in animal husbandry.
Sunflower meal
It is a high-protein feed product obtained by extracting oil from sunflower seeds.
Rapeseed meal
It is a protein feed ingredient with a high content of amino acids and a balanced composition.
